Women HR Association (WHAT) is a professional organization established to empower women in HR professional. It seeks to provide women in HR profession a platform and common ground to increase their skill set and knowledge, visibility, exposure and a will to break the glass ceiling and aim at top positions in the industry.
WHAT is dedicated to advancing the practice and culture of female HR professionals’ empowerment by consulting, training, educating, developing, sharing, promoting, and advocating for solutions in the field of human resource management. We coordinate professional development efforts, and serve as the conduit for Women in Hr across the country.
